Sudhir V. Sohoni is a graduate in statistics and economics from the Bombay University and an alumnus of the TISS (PM&IR) 1980 Batch. He has participated in several high impact programs like the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan; Leadership Development Program at Centre for Creative Leadership, Colorado Springs; General Management Program at IIM -Ahmedabad; several at Unilever International Management Training Centre at Henley-on-Thames, England.
He has 30 years of experience in HR, OD, IR and General Management in companies like WIMCO, Metal Box, 15 years with Brooke Bond & Hindustan Unilever Limited, nearly 5 years with RPG Group, 4 years with Thermax Limited and short tenures with ESSAR Group and BOC India Limited.
His core strength is in aligning HR & IR to the needs of the business, and in creation of world class, cutting edge systems and processes which positively impact business performance.
