Sudhir Phatak earned his master’s in HR from the TISS. Further he completed his training in Quality Management Systems like ISO, productivity measurement technic like MOST and some training in the OB at AOTS Japan. In his 30 years of service he worked with Voltas, Tata Motors, Hinoday etc. He was responsible for developing HR, encompassing policies and procedures for effective implementation. He has had opportunities to set up HR systems in some brown and green field industrial projects involving big investments giving him opportunities to introduce new concepts. His areas of contribution within HR include Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition and Development, PMS, Learning and Development
