In addition to the above, Purple also conducts a dipstick among 30 – 100 employees selected randomly across levels, functions and locations to seek an insight into the clarity employees have Vision, Opportunities, Incentive, Impact of their Role, Community feeling, Communication clarity, feeling of being an Entrepreneur.
Further, Purple conducts an indepth review of HR Processes existing in the Company. This enables the Company to identify the robustness of the present processes as well as identify the missing processes.
The above quickly and efficiently provides insight into the company enabling a SWOT Analysis and in particular the role HR needs to play to enable realization of the vision and strategy of the company.
Based on the Diagnostic Study outcome, an HR agenda gets formulated.
