Exit Interviews
Very often, employees are diplomatic about the
reasons for which they are leaving the Company. Hence, it becomes
immensely useful for an organization to conduct Exit Interviews
by a third party. Ideally these interviews should be held 3 – 6
months after the last date of working of the employee as by then,
emotions, if any, would have settled and a more objective reasoning
emerged.

interviews so as to identify the smallest of nuances in the face to
face / telephonic conversation.
