Lead Consultants from Purple have effectively
used Inter-group Team Building Interventions propounded by
Blake, Shepard and Mouton. In one particular situation, Purple
used Beckhard’s Confrontation Meeting Approach to resolve
effectively an issue that existed between Production and
Maintenance.
In yet another situation, the team used Stream Analysis by Jerry
Poras.
For culture change, Purple has effectively used the Large Scale
Interactive Process successfully.
OD interventions are essentially for resolving intergroup conflicts,
improving and sustaining performance levels and effectively managing
change. The classic example being roll out of an ERP in a Company.
