Outsourcing of Learning and Development
In the Outsourcing model, Purple has adopted
the following methodology:
1. Identification of Training needs through collation of data
from appraisals, purposeful dialogue with Leadership Team, FGD with
High Performers as well as non-performers and intense interaction
with HR Head
2. Presentation on the findings of Step 1 to the HR Head and
Leadership Team. This will also include a detailed action plan of
development initiatives
3. Recommending / facilitating development initiatives
4. Feedback analysis and use of Kirkpatrick Model for
assessment of impact of training
5. Dovetail learnings and feedback from participants as well as
impact as inputs to the next development cycle
