Rewards and Recognition Strategy
Total Rewards is a powerful motivator for
employees to be bonded with the Company.
Total Rewards transcends monetary offerings and focuses on
psychological wellbeing of an employee thereby creating an emotional
connect with the company. Purple has designed a number of Reward and
Recognition Schemes which are low cost but highly effective and very
individualized catering to unique requirements of individuals. A
policy of ‘One Size fits All’ does not work when it comes to Rewards
and Recognition.
Purple, however, strongly recommends that the cost of Rewards and
Recognition be very much included as a part of total employee cost.
